Fundamentals in Yoga – Wednesdays, 4:00pm – 4:50pm
Learn and strengthen your basics in yoga! Find your center, learn to connect with your body. All people welcome! (starts in January!)

All Levels Yoga – Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 5:50pm
Fundamentals with a little flair! An all-levels class that gets you back to the basics with multiple variations and themes throughout the month.

12 Step Yoga– Sundays, 3:00pm – 5:00pm
This donation-based yoga practice creates a safe space for you to reconnect your mind and your body. It balances your body through stretching, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work. Regain strength and confidence.

Yogilates (begins in January) – Saturdays, 3:00pm – 3:50pm
Beginners encouraged, all levels welcome!

Arriving to class: Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in. Classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has a few yoga mats to use if you don’t have one).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.

What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a flowing, dynamic set of asanas (postures) designed to link breath to movement, building strength, mental clarity, and increasing one’s range of motion. As you move seamlessly from posture to posture Vinyasa Yoga enhances balance and control over the body, allowing practitioners to bridge the gap between the physical and emotional state of well-being. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, calming the mind and improving overall health. For dancers, yoga promotes balance, focus, and connection with the floor, inevitably enhancing your dancing abilities, getting you out of your head and into your body. Studies have shown that a regular yoga practice can produce a therapeutic effect, lowering fight-or-flight stress responses in hectic modern life and increasing a greater sense of balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
