Early Riser Yoga – Mondays, 6:00am – 6:50am
Set the week off right with this empowering yoga class! All levels class to energize and begin the morning with openness.

Fundamentals in Yoga – Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 5:50pm
Learn and strengthen your basics in yoga! Find your center, learn to connect with your body. All people welcome!

Trauma & Chair Yoga – Saturdays, 9:00am – 9:50am
Trauma-informed yoga creates a safe space for people to reconnect their minds and their bodies. It balances an unregulated nervous system through stretching, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work. Regain strength and confidence. If using the chair: For folks that need a little extra support. A form of yoga practice using a chair, or standing and using a chair for support. This practice helps with pain relief, reducing inflammation, and helps with chronic pain. Revitalize your energy at a comfortable pace, tailored to your lifestyle.

Kidding Around Yoga – Saturdays, 11:00am – 11:50am (ages 4+)
A kids class that will introduce your child to yoga through fun games and great exercises to connect them with their imaginations, bodies, and breath.

Flow into the Basics – Sundays, 9:00am – 9:50am
Fundamentals with a little flair! An all-levels class that gets you back to the basics with multiple variations and themes throughout the month.

Embrace Fall Series (Oct 6, 13, 20, 27) – Sundays, 5:00pm – 5:50pm
Embrace Fall, and all of the changes that come with it! Change is in the air this month and we’ll focus on a strong practice to guide us through opening up and strengthening our “embrace” muscles – increasing arm and shoulder mobility, opening the chest, building strength throughout the back, and creating spaciousness and freedom in your body and your mind.

This workshop consists of four classes to help you move deeper into your practice and to help you cultivate strength and balance for the coming winter months. Beginners encouraged, all levels welcome! (begins in October)

Arriving to class: Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in. Class will start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has a few yoga mats to use if you don’t have one).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.

What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a flowing, dynamic set of asanas (postures) designed to link breath to movement, building strength, mental clarity, and increasing one’s range of motion. As you move seamlessly from posture to posture Vinyasa Yoga enhances balance and control over the body, allowing practitioners to bridge the gap between the physical and emotional state of well-being. The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, calming the mind and improving overall health. For dancers, yoga promotes balance, focus, and connection with the floor, inevitably enhancing your dancing abilities, getting you out of your head and into your body. Studies have shown that a regular yoga practice can produce a therapeutic effect, lowering fight-or-flight stress responses in hectic modern life and increasing a greater sense of balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
