BOOTCAMP!
BOOTCAMP is a full-body strength and toning workout that combines circuits of body weight resistance and plyometric exercises with high-intensity cardio dance. We call this “tumbao”, the Spanish word for Afro Caribbean flavor, as our music includes Latin rhythms and Afrobeats. The 1-hr class structure is:

Warm Up (Group Cardio)
Lower Body Circuit
TUMBAO (Group Cardio)
Upper Body Circuit
TUMBAO (Group Cardio)
Core Circuit
TUMBAO (Group Cardio)
Cool Down / Stretch

Please bring:
Comfortable closes that allow you to move and sweat!
Gym shoes (I use Nike cross trainers, but running shoes will also work for this class.)
Water
A winning attitude— HECK YEAH!

This class is an inclusive environment, and ALL are welcome. We can provide modified exercise options. Se habla español.
