Yogilates (On Pause)

This class combines a physical asana practice with pilates techniques to help improve flexibility, strength, and breathing capacity while also helping with balance, body control, and concentration. Yogilates increases body functional by balancing the development of different muscle groups and giving the practitioner better movement patterns. Expect to build long, lean muscles and core strength while integrating the techniques of pilates followed by a restorative vinyasa yoga cool down.
This class is suited for all levels and offers modifications for those who need them as well as variations of more intense postures for those wanting a more challenging practice.

Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in as classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has yoga mats, blankets and blocks to use if you need them).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.


All pricing is per student. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Payments are non-refundable. No transfers or make-ups allowed for missed group course series classes, which run on a monthly basis
