Coping with Covid Yoga creates a safe space for people to reconnect their minds and their bodies. It balances an unregulated nervous system through stretching, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work. Regain strength and confidence. Revitalize your energy at a comfortable pace, tailored to your lifestyle.
Strenthening Flow Yoga –
Tuesdays, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
This four week workshop combines core strengthening exercises with flexibility and balance. Designed to build long, lean muscles while integrating the techniques of pilates followed by a relaxed, restorative vinyasa flow cool down. Beginners encouraged, all levels welcome!
All Levels Yoga –
Wednesdays, 6:00pm – 5:50pm
Saturdays, 11:00am – 11:50am
In this Vinyasa class every flow is different. Vinyasa yoga is a sequence of poses creating a lyrical style of dance connected with breath. Expect to build heat and muscle during this 50 minutes of continuous flow. All levels and ages welcome.
Family Yoga –
Sundays, 11:30am – 12:30pm
A kids-friendly yoga class for the whole family! Learn to stretch your mind, body and creativity in this AWESOME yoga class!
Arriving to class: Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in. Classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has yoga mats, blankets and blocks to use if you need them).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.
24-hour pre-registration required. Please call/text studio to let them know when you are coming in!
