All Levels Yoga – Wednesdays, 5:00pm – 5:50pm
Fundamentals with a little flair! An all-levels class that gets you back to the basics with multiple variations and themes throughout the month.
12 Step Yoga– Sundays, 3:00pm – 5:00pm
This donation-based yoga practice creates a safe space for you to reconnect your mind and your body. It balances your body through stretching, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work. Regain strength and confidence.
Yogilates – Saturdays, 3:00pm – 3:50pm
This four week workshop combines core strengthening exercises with flexibility and balance. Designed to build long, lean muscles while integrating the techniques of pilates followed by a relaxed, restorative vinyasa flow cool down. Beginners encouraged, all levels welcome!
Arriving to class: Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in. Classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has yoga mats, blankets and blocks to use if you need them).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.
