Happy Hour Yoga
This fun, lighthearted Yoga flow is a great way to destress and recharge! Breath-synchronized movement will help you flow out of the work week and into the weekend with ease. Expect an energetic class, flowing into peak postures, and experiencing deep, strengthening postures before easing into sevasana. You’ll leave class with more energy than you had when you arrived! This class is suited for all levels and offers modifications for those who need them as well as variations of more intense postures for those wanting a more challenging practice.
Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in as classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has yoga mats, blankets and blocks to use if you need them).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.
