Coping with COVID Yoga
Coping with COVID Yoga creates a safe space for people to reconnect their minds and their bodies. It balances an unregulated nervous system through stretching, mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work. Regain strength and confidence. In this Vinyasa Flow class every movement is different and connected. Vinyasa yoga is a sequence of poses creating a lyrical style of dance connected with breath. Expect to build heat and muscle during this 50 minutes of continuous flow. All levels and ages welcome
Please arrive to class 10 to 15 minutes early to get checked in as classes start promptly on the hour. You will need a yoga mat and may want to bring a towel and water (the studio has yoga mats, blankets and blocks to use if you need them).
Please turn cellphones off for the duration of class.

24 hour advance registration is REQUIRED for ALL classes (a $5 fee will be charged for late registration. Please call the studio if registering late to make sure the class is still being offered)
